(English Abstract)
Functional testing is required for designing subsystems in the perspective of system of systems (SoS) development. This study introduces a modeling method to analyze the operational behaviors of the subsystems as well as to confirm communication data between them. The targeted system in the study is an integrated combat system (ICS), which is a typical type of defense cyber-physical systems (CPSs). For simulation testing of the ICS, three types of models are designed: a combat management model for simulating overall computational activities, physical models to confirm intra-subsystem behaviors, and gateway models to assure inter-subsystem communications. We expect that the proposed work will play principal roles in analyzing behaviors and communications of defense CPSs as well as providing an environment for functional testing.
